I have been in the healing arts for over 25 years. I formerly owned a holistic health center in New Jersey and currently I have a wellness center in NC. I offer lifestyle health coaching for anyone wanting a better quality of life.

I am also a massage therapist and educator for massage professionals.

In addition, I owned a massage school many years ago and a health food store.
